AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NEW COMMUTER RAIL LINE TO
BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 243 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Transportation to establish a new commuter rail line to 2
connect Hartford Union Station to Bradley International Airport with 3
station stops in the towns of Hartford, Bloomfield and Windsor Locks. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a new commuter rail line to connect Hartford Union Station
to Bradley International Airport and enhance the accessibility and
competitiveness of Bradley International Airport.
