LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE POLICIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
contracted premium rates for long-term care insurance policies. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To establish contracted premium rates for long-term care insurance
policies.
