AN ACT CONCERNING MANDATED OUT -OF-CELL TIME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 18-96b of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the requirement that persons who are incarcerated be given four hours 2
of out-of-cell time daily. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a safer working environment for corrections officers.
