AN ACT AUTHORIZING CREDIT UNIONS, BANKS AND REALTOR
ASSOCIATIONS OR ORGANIZATIONS TO ESTABLISH OR
PARTICIPATE IN MULTIPLE EMPLOYER WELFARE
ARRANGEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to authorize (1) 1
credit unions and banks chartered in this state, and (2) any professional 2
association or organization of realtors to establish or participate in 3
multiple employer welfare arrangements. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize (1) credit unions and banks chartered in this state, and (2)
any professional association or organization of realtors to establish or
participate in multiple employer welfare arrangements.
