AN ACT CONCERNING MOBILE MANUFACTURED HOMES AND
MOBILE MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 412 of the general statutes be amended to (1) establish 1
additional fee transparency requirements and enforcement mechanisms 2
concerning mobile manufactured homes and mobile manufactured 3
home parks, and (2) restrict the rate at which rent and fees charged for 4
mobile manufactured homes may increase. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To (1) establish additional fee transparency requirements and
enforcement mechanisms concerning mobile manufactured homes and
mobile manufactured home parks, and (2) restrict the rate at which rent
and fees charged for mobile manufactured homes may increase.
