AN ACT EXPANDING THE DEBT -FREE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
PROGRAM TO INCLUDE CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY
STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10a-174 of the general statutes be amended to expand the 1
debt-free community college program to include students enrolled at a 2
state university within the Connecticut State University System. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the debt-free community college program to include
students enrolled at a state university within the Connecticut State
University System.
