Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That sections 31-49e to 31-49t, inclusive, of the general statutes be 1 amended to allow an employee to withdraw from the Paid Family and 2 Medical Leave Insurance Program. 3 Statement of Purpose: To allow an employee to opt out of both making contributions to and filing a claim for benefits from the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program.
