AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE OF TAXES DUE TO MUNICIPAL TAX
COLLECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-145 of the general statutes be amended to allow 1
municipal tax collectors to publish notice of the time and place at which 2
the tax collector will receive taxes due in any newspaper having general 3
circulation in such municipality without the limitation that such 4
newspaper be of the state. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipal tax collectors to publish notice of due taxes in
newspapers of general circulation not published in the state.
