AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS FOR
NONRESIDENTIAL SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that each 1
nonresidential solar photovoltaic system located in a municipality 2
comply with all applicable planning and zoning regulations and 3
ordinances of, and the plan of conservation and development for, such 4
municipality. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require solar farms to comply with local planning and zoning laws.
