AN ACT CONCERNING THE MAILING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
REGISTRATION APPLICATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 14-22 of the general statutes be 1
amended to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to mail a 2
motor vehicle registration application to a registrant unless the 3
registrant consents to receive such application via electronic mail in lieu 4
of mailing. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to mail a motor vehicle
registration application to a registrant.
