Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 10-76a of the general statutes be amended to expand the 1 age limit for eligibility for special education for a child experiencing 2 developmental delay from age five to age nine. 3 Statement of Purpose: To expand the age limit for eligibility for special education for a child experiencing developmental delay from age five to age nine.
