Explanation
The bill prohibits certain gaming advertisements and adds
permission requirements in the case of jointly held debit and credit
cards used for gaming. To the extent this results in lower levels of legal
gaming activity in the state there is a potential General Fund revenue
loss beginning as early as FY 26, the magnitude of which could be
significant.
