AN ACT PROHIBITING GAMING -RELATED ADVERTISING,
MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES AT PUBLIC
INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that no person shall 1
engage in any gaming-related advertising or marketing, or provide any 2
gaming-related promotional materials, at any public institution of 3
higher education in this state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit gaming-related advertising, marketing and promotional
activities at public institutions of higher education in this state.
