AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN VEHICULAR
CRIMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 248 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
penalties for reckless driving, negligent homicide with a motor vehicle 2
and other related vehicular crimes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the incidents of dangerous and reckless driving on state
roads.
