AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT THE
MIDDLE SCHOOL OF PLAINVILLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 10-286 of the general 1
statutes or any regulation adopted by the Department of Administrative 2
Services or the State Board of Education pursuant to said section 3
concerning the calculation of grants using the state standard space 4
specifications, the town of Plainville shall be exempt from the state 5
standard space specifications for the purpose of the calculation of the 6
grant for the renovation project at the Middle School of Plainville. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an exemption from the state standard space specifications
requirements for the school building project at Middle School of
Plainville in the town of Plainville.
