AN ACT CONCERNING SUPPORT FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to provide for 1
adequate support of in-district placements for special education 2
students in public schools and to ensure that school districts receiving 3
excess cost grants are able to support state special education mandates 4
and best practices. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide adequate support for in-district special education
placements and for state special education mandates and best practices.
