AN ACT CONCERNING A WEB -BASED MENTAL HEALTH PLATFORM
FOR STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to provide a web-1
based mental health platform accessible by children and students with 2
emerging mental health needs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To assist children and students in accessing mental health services.
