AN ACT REDUCING FILING FEES INCURRED BY CERTAIN
BUSINESS ENTITIES FOR FILING ANNUAL REPORTS WITH THE
OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 34-38n, 34-243u and 34-413 of the general statutes be 1
amended to reduce the filing fee for annual reports filed by limited 2
partnerships, limited liability companies and limited liability 3
partnerships from eighty dollars to twenty dollars. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the filing fee for annual reports filed by limited partnerships,
limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships from
eighty dollars to twenty dollars.
