Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the state, or any 1
employee thereof, from mandating a COVID-19 vaccination. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the state, or any employee thereof, from mandating a
COVID-19 vaccination.
