AN ACT DELAYING IMPLEMENTATION OF EARLY START CT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 24 to 32, inclusive, of public act 24-78 be amended to 1
delay implementation until July 1, 2026. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To delay implementation of Early Start CT until July 1, 2026, to allow
local and regional boards of education an additional year to address
issues relating to teacher contracts.
