AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING OF THE SPECIAL EDUCATION
EXCESS COST GRANT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to fully fund 1
the excess cost grant for special education in an amount equal to the 2
Department of Education's most recent estimates. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure full funding of the special education excess cost grants for all
towns.
