AN ACT CONCERNING NOTIFICATION OF SEWAGE DISCHARGES
INTO THE CONNECTICUT RIVER THAT OCCUR IN THE STATE OF
MASSACHUSETTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection to undertake efforts to enter into 2
an agreement with the state of Massachusetts for notification of sewage 3
discharges into the Connecticut River that occur in the state of 4
Massachusetts. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide notice of sewage discharges into the Connecticut River that
occur in the state of Massachusetts.
