AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW
CLASSIFICATION OF REAL PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to 1
establish a classification of real property that is in between industrial 2
and residential, particularly for inland-wetland purposes, that may be 3
used for passive recreational purposes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize a new classification of real property for inland wetland
purposes.
