AN ACT CONCERNING LIQUOR PERMITS ISSUED TO HERITAGE RAILROADS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to permit a heritage 1 railroad to sell alcoholic liquor for on-premises consumption in 2 exchange for a one-hundred-dollar fee for a six-month permit or a two-3 hundred-dollar fee for an annual permit. 4 Statement of Purpose: To permit a heritage railroad to sell alcoholic liquor for on-premises consumption in exchange for a one-hundred-dollar fee for a six-month permit or a two-hundred-dollar fee for an annual permit.
