AN ACT PROHIBITING SALES OF KRATOM PRODUCTS TO
INDIVIDUALS UNDER TWENTY -ONE YEARS OF AGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit sales of kratom 1
products to individuals under twenty-one years of age. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit sales of kratom products to individuals under twenty-one
years of age.
