AN ACT INCLUDING NON -DEED RESTRICTED ACCESSORY
APARTMENTS IN THE CALCULATION OF THE THRESHOLD FOR
THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCEDURE EXEMPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (k) of section 8-30g of the general statutes be 1
amended to include in the calculation of the ten per cent threshold for 2
exemption from the affordable housing appeals procedure any 3
accessory apartment, regardless of deed restriction. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To include all accessory apartments in the calculation of the ten per cent
threshold for the affordable housing appeals procedure exemption.
