AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A CHILD CARE
CENTER IN THE FAIR HAVEN NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE CITY OF
NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
three million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Office 4
of Early Childhood for the purpose of providing grants-in-aid for a child 5
care center in the Fair Haven neighborhood of the city of New Haven. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for a child care center in the Fair Haven
neighborhood of the city of New Haven.
