AN ACT PROHIBITING STUDENTS WHO ARE BIOLOGICAL MALES
FROM COMPETING ON FEMALE -ONLY ATHLETIC TEAMS AND
USING FEMALE-ONLY LOCKER ROOMS AND FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit biological 1
males from competing on female-only high school athletic teams in 2
interscholastic and intramural athletic events and using female-only 3
locker rooms and facilities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit biological males from participating in girls' sports and
accessing girls' locker rooms and bathrooms.
