AN ACT EXEMPTING BOARDS OF EDUCATION FROM THE PAID
SICK LEAVE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 557 of the general statutes be amended to exempt local 1
and regional boards of education from the requirement to provide paid 2
sick leave to its employees. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt boards of education from paid sick leave requirements.
