AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF NITROGEN-REDUCING SEPTIC
SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the use of nitrogen-1
reducing septic systems for new and upgraded systems int he state and 2
require the use of such systems near coastal waters, large lakes and 3
estuaries. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the use of nitrogen-reducing septic systems in the state.
