AN ACT CONCERNING PILOT PROGRAMS AND GRANT FUNDING
FOR THERMAL ENERGY NETWORKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) require each gas utility 1
company to establish a pilot program for the development of thermal 2
energy networks, and (2) establish a grant program to provide funding 3
for the development of thermal energy networks. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To (1) require each gas utility company to establish a pilot program for
the development of thermal energy networks, and (2) establish a grant
program to provide funding for the development of thermal energy
networks.
