AN ACT ELIMINATING THE HIGHWAY USE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-493a of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the highway use tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the highway use tax.
