AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
CREATES PROJECT REPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement the 1
recommendations in the CREATES project report, including, but not 2
limited to (1) exploring a deferred retirement option for police, (2) 3
privatizing fingerprinting services, (3) managing workers' 4
compensation expenses, and (4) digitizing state invoicing. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To implement the recommendations of the Governor's two-million-
dollar CREATES project report.
