AN ACT ALLOWING TUITION -FREE EDUCATION AT A PUBLIC
INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR AN ASSOCIATE
DEGREE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require public institutions of 1
higher education provide tuition-free education for a student earning an 2
associate degree. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require public institutions of higher education to provide tuition-free
education for students earning an associate degree.
