AN ACT CONCERNING PRESCRIPTION DRUG REIMBURSEMENT
RATES TO PHARMACIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that any health 1
insurance company provide a uniform prescription drug 2
reimbursement rate to all pharmacies in this state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that any health insurance company provide a uniform
prescription drug reimbursement rate to all pharmacies in this state.
