AN ACT PROHIBITING THE CREATION AND DISSEMINATION OF
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-GENERATED PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES
OF A PERSON WITHOUT CONSENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a crime prohibiting 1
the creation and dissemination of artificial intelligence-generated 2
pornographic images of a person without such person's consent. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a criminal offense for the creation and dissemination of
artificial intelligence-generated pornography.
