AN ACT CONCERNING MINOR REVISIONS TO THE WORKERS'
COMPENSATION ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subparagraph (B) of subdivision (11) of section 31-280 of the 1
general statutes be amended to remove "The conversion to the Medicare 2
resource-based relative value scale shall be revenue-neutral." 3
Statement of Purpose:
To remove obsolete language from the Workers' Compensation Act.
