AN ACT CONCERNING RETIREMENT BENEFITS AND WORKERS'
COMPENSATION BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit employers from 1
reducing retirement benefits due to an employee receiving workers' 2
compensation benefits prior to retirement. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit employers from reducing retirement benefits due to an
employee receiving workers' compensation benefits.
