AN ACT CONCERNING A PILOT PROGRAM FOR TEST
PREPARATION FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE IN
THE CITY OF HARTFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner Motor Vehicles establish a pilot program in 1
the city of Hartford to assist residents preparing for the motor vehicle 2
operator knowledge test and on-the-road skills test. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program to assist Hartford residents to obtain motor
vehicle operator's licenses.
