AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSTALLATION OF PERMANENT SOUND
BARRIERS ALONG INTERSTATE ROUTE 95 IN THE TOWN OF
WATERFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation be required to install 1
permanent sound barriers in the town of Waterford along the 2
Connecticut Route 85 entrance onto Interstate Route 95 northbound and 3
along Interstate Route 95 across Broad Street and Lois Avenue to 4
Harvey Avenue. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To install permanent sound barriers along Interstate Route 95 in the
town of Waterford to reduce noise pollution in nearby residential
neighborhoods.
