AN ACT CONCERNING PARKING SPACES RESERVED FOR
PERSONS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 248 of the general statutes be amended to require a 1
property owner or lessee of a large parking lot to reserve parking spaces 2
for persons with a child under the age of three. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require large parking lots to reserve parking spaces for persons with
young children.
