AN ACT CONCERNING A LIMITED BLACK BEAR HUNTING SEASON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize a limited black 1
bear hunting season in the state by lottery. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To manage the black bear population and protect residents of the state.
