AN ACT LIMITING THE AMOUNT OF RETIREMENT INCOME FOR
MEMBERS OF THE STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 66 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
members of the state employees retirement system from receiving 2
retirement income in excess of one hundred thousand dollars per year. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To limit retirement income for members of the state employees
retirement system to one hundred thousand dollars per year.
