AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY AND REPORT
ON SERVICES PROVIDED TO HOMELESS PERSONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to conduct a study of services 1
provided to homeless persons and report on (1) the frequency with 2
which the same individuals and families seek reentry to homeless 3
services following discharge from services, and (2) the length of time 4
homeless persons who are discharged from services remain 5
independent before seeking access to services. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study and report on services provided to
homeless persons.
