AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of two hundred million dollars be appropriated to the 1
Department of Housing, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 2
ending June 30, 2026, to allow the Commissioner of Housing to develop 3
housing projects comprised of one hundred per cent affordable units. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the Department of Housing for the development
of housing projects comprised of one hundred per cent affordable units.
