AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE
RETIREMENT SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study of the public 1
employee retirement systems and the timelines for vesting. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To raise awareness of issues involving vesting in the public employee
retirement systems, promote equity among employees and teacher
recruitment.
