AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR COMMUNITY ACCESS
TELEVISION PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Public Utilities 1
Regulatory Authority, from the General Fund, for the fiscal years ending 2
June 30, 2026, and June 30, 2027, for nonprofit community access 3
television providers. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide support for nonprofit community access television
providers and allow them to continue operations until a basic funding
model can be revised.
