AN ACT CONCERNING ARTICLE 8 OF THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL
CODE REGARDING INVESTMENT SECURITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 42a-8-511 of the general statutes be amended to (1) repeal 1
the changes made by section 12 of public act 98-93, and (2) adopt the 2
provisions originally included in section 51 of public act 97-182. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To amend section 42a-8-511 of the general statutes to adopt the
provisions originally included in section 51 of public act 97-182.
