AN ACT PROHIBITING BIOLOGICAL MALES FROM COMPETING IN
FEMALE SPORTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit biological males 1
from competing on female athletic teams in interscholastic and 2
intramural athletic events. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit biological males from competing on female athletic teams in
interscholastic and intramural athletic events.
