AN ACT ALLOWING PATRIOTIC AND CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS TO
CONDUCT PRESENTATIONS IN SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow patriotic and civic 1
organizations, including, but not limited to, the Scouting America, to 2
speak, provide displays or distribute materials to students in public 3
schools. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide students in public schools with opportunities to engage with
patriotic and civic organizations, such as the Scouting America.
